在 Windows 频道的访谈中，Sriram Krishnan 向微软 CEO Satya Nadella 提问：当智能体代替用户完成购买时，责任归属于谁，企业又该如何应对人类不再访问网站的局面。Nadella 回答称，技术层面的协议值得做，但最终会由保险业和市场化定价来衡量智能体行为的责任风险。这一回应把智能体责任问题从技术标准讨论引向了金融定价机制。

Sriram Krishnan (@sriramk ) asked when an agent makes a purchase, is it you or the agent; who is liable; and how should a business respond when humans stop visiting its website.
Satya: "I think it will come down to, I think of it as insurance will price this. Because at some level we can talk about it. I think the protocols are good. We should do them in tech. Ultimately it's going to be pricing, essentially the agent working on my behalf, and how does the marketplace price it."
