Hogan Lovells（与 Cadwalader 合并后为全球收入第五大律所）将在全所范围部署 Legora。此前试点覆盖 18 个业务团队的 1300 多名律师，涉及资本市场、M&A 和争议解决等实际案件。该所还将作为设计伙伴参与 Legora 的 agentic Legal Research 和 Monitors 产品开发。

The partnership follows an extensive pilot: more than 1,300 lawyers across 18 practice teams put Legora to work on real matters spanning capital markets, M&A, disputes, and more. The firm, formed this year through the merger of Hogan Lovells and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, is now the world’s fifth-largest law firm by revenue.
“Legora has been supporting our lawyers across a range of legal work and helping us explore new ways to deliver high-quality service to clients, while maintaining the professional judgment that remains at the heart of what we do,” Miguel Zaldivar, CEO of Hogan Lovells Cadwalader.
The firm will also be a design partner on Legora’s agentic Legal Research and Monitors products. “That scrutiny is exactly why their input will make these products better for every firm that uses them next,” said Max Junestrand, Co-Founder and CEO of Legora.
