Days before launch, Drama 3 still wasn't on top of our internal evals. So my co-founder @LengyueMatrix kept optimizing it until the hour before launch. The Drama 3 ranked as the #1 open-weight TTS model on @ArtificialAnlys beat @ElevenLabs v4 on pronunciation. We also produced dozens of videos and tested creative angles with partners right up to the last moment. We were the smallest company launching that day, yet Fish Audio made it to the top of X News. 13M views in the first 48 hours. 30% over goal. The people who said we wouldn't survive were right about one thing: it's hard. But I've never thought that was a good enough reason not to try. In the past year, we shipped 7 SOTA models. There's always going to be someone bigger and better funded. What matters to me is how hard we work, the people we build with, and how high we set our standards.
