Gartner 认为许多 AI 算力价格过低，多数 AI 计算供应商难以收回投资，很多公司建 AI 数据中心可能在芯片过时前无法赚回投入。二手转售正成为 GPU 经济的一部分。Shadeform 推出 Flex VMs，能把任何数据中心的裸金属 GPU 在 30 分钟内变成可出租资源，Shadeform Spot 则让供应商把闲置算力重新挂回市场。小型运营商由此获得与大型玩家相同的接入入口。
