法律科技公司 Legora 宣布完成 5.5 亿美元 E 轮融资，估值达到 88 亿美元。本轮融资由 Atreides Management 领投，Fidelity、JPMorgan、Capital Group 等新投资方加入，所有主要老股东均有跟投。资金将用于加速在美国及全球市场的扩张，并加大对 Legora aOS 的投入，这是一个面向法律工作的智能体操作系统。
We have raised a $550 million Series E at a $8.8B valuation to accelerate our growth in the U.S. and globally, and deepen investment in the Legora aOS, our agentic operating system for legal work.
