Envato 推出 MonoDesk，覆盖从客户询价到最终开票的完整流程。客户签署提案后，系统会按约定的项目范围和预估工时自动创建项目。内置 AI 助手可以根据模糊的客户询价自动起草提案，并标记可能超出约定范围的请求。已交付成果通过共享门户供客户审批或提出修改，项目工时记录可实时显示预算是否超支。
Envato launched MonoDesk, a workspace that lets freelancers and creative studios manage client projects end to end, from the first inquiry to the final invoice.
After a client signs a proposal, MonoDesk can automatically create a project with the agreed scope and estimated work time already filled in.
> Clients can review delivered work in a shared portal and approve it or request revisions.
> Time logged against each project shows whether the project is still on budget.
> A built-in AI assistant can automatically draft a proposal from a vague client inquiry and flag requests that may fall outside the agreed scope.
