GoogleDeepMind的AlphaGenome Atlas团队创建了一个可搜索的1PB数据库，映射了人类基因组中90亿个单字母DNA变化的分子效应。该数据库提供统一的AVI突变评分，包含Web门户和AlphaGenome API。这是首个覆盖整个人类基因组所有单核苷酸变异的开放数据库。
