微软宣布 Windows 集成本地智能体能力，推出 137B 参数的 MAI-Code-1.1 Flash 编程模型，拥有 256K 上下文窗口并针对 PC 端运行优化。GitHub Copilot 可将任务交给 MAI-Code-1.1 Flash 等本地模型处理，降低云端 token 成本。Hybrid Intelligence 让 Copilot 直接在 PC 上执行操作，敏感任务保留在设备本地。Windows 还与 Agent 365 整合，通过本地沙箱 MXC 为智能体划定安全执行边界，Surface Laptop Ultra 搭载 NVIDIA RTX Spark 芯片承载这些功能。
