Notion 正式推出 Skills API，团队可以把智能体的技能集中存放在 Notion 中，供所有成员的智能体统一调用。作者此前在 Notion 里用手工方式做技能同步，流程笨重。Skills API 上线后，已把团队上下文放在 Notion 的团队可以直接把技能库接入智能体工作流，解决各成员智能体各自为战、形成信息孤岛的问题。

I'm not overstating when I say that almost every team I talk to is struggling with the same challenge: how do we align on AI instead of everyone going rogue and working on siloed black boxes? I was doing a hacky version of a skill sync in Notion before the Skills API, and honestly, it was clunky.
