Meta 修复 Muse 配额异常消耗问题并重置 Muse Code 用量

Meta 修好了 Muse 配额烧太快的问题，还顺手重置了 Muse Code 用量，之前被额度坑过的用户可以去看看。
Meta 的 Alexandr Wang 宣布已定位并修复导致 Muse Wonder 和 Muse Wonder Full 配额异常快速消耗的问题，修复后用户消耗的额度会明显降低。作为承诺，问题解决后 Meta 对 Muse Code 的用量进行了重置，用户可以重新使用完整额度。此前的配额异常曾导致用户额度消耗过快，影响使用体验。
