据 Reuters 报道，Anthropic 接近与 NTT Data 达成协议，在 Osaka 建设 500 兆瓦数据中心，造价最高 63 亿美元。这将是 Anthropic 在日本的首个数据中心，规模居日本前列，双方目标在 2026 年底前签约，最早 2028 年部分投运。NTT Data 自身还计划到 2033 年投入至少 90 亿美元，将日本算力扩至 1 吉瓦，为此需调整原有规划。

The site in western Japan would be Anthropic’s first in the country, rank among Japan’s largest, and could cost up to $6.3B to build.
Anthropic and NTT Data want to sign by the end of 2026, and partial operations could start as early as 2028.
The project would also reshape NTT Data’s own plans, because the group expects to spend at least $9B through 2033 to quadruple its Japanese computing capacity to 1 gigawatt.
