Zenzap 让团队在多个群聊里同时运行多个智能体，每个智能体绑定特定项目、群组成员和一组工具。智能体访问业务工具需要通过聊天内的审批动作完成。企业还能通过 API 接入自己的自定义智能体。这些智能体会保留记忆，并从所在群聊的人类对话中学习，持续调整自己的上下文和运行规则。Zenzap 把这套机制称为 Company Brain。
