AI 智能体落地后企业反而更缺人：专家仍是刚需
别信"AI 让公司裁员"那套说法，svpino 见到的公司都在缺人，智能体还得靠专家来开。
svpino 在 X 上发帖称，他接触的多家公司已经用上各类 AI 智能体，却因招不到足够的操作人才而卡住。他强调 agentic coding 并非魔法，绝大多数情况下不能自主运行，背后必须有懂行的工程师驱动。以编程为例，vibe code 能凑出简单应用，但要开发服务数千用户的可用软件，依然高度依赖专家主导。因此他的结论是 agentic coding 只能起辅助作用，企业真实的缺口是会用这些工具的人，而不是更少的岗位。
This is exactly what I see everywhere I go and what I hear from everyone I talk to: they need more people, not fewer.
In fact, many companies are telling me they are stuck because they can't find enough talent in the market.
They are already using the latest-and-greatest AI-thingies out there, but they don't have enough warm bodies to operate them.
These agents aren't magic. They, for the most part, aren't autonomous. They are cool and all, but they need people who know their stuff.
This is even more acute for building software. Yes, anyone can vibe-code simple apps here and there today, but building working software for thousands of user is still very demanding, and agentic coding helps but doesn't work without experts driving it.
