医疗运营优化公司 LeanTaaS 收购 LookDeep Health，后者专注病房内的计算机视觉监测。LeanTaaS 的 iQueue 平台此前主要做手术室排班和床位容量的数学预测优化，此次收购把床旁的空间遥测数据接入运营决策。两家合并后希望在急性护理场景中把预测排程与病房实时视觉数据打通。
