Mark Zuckerberg 在 Cleo Abram 的访谈中表示，多数企业不会像 Meta 或 OpenAI 那样拥有前沿 AI，而是会得到一层定制化的 AI 运营层，用于承载公司的工作流、权限和决策方式。文中分析认为，随着模型变快变便宜，企业 AI 的复杂度正转移到模型之外：编排、身份、状态、工具执行、授权、记忆与故障恢复。商业化模式也随之改变，从按订阅卖智能转向对已执行的动作抽成，例如代理替用户下单、订票、缴费。硬件侧则因代理持续浏览、检索、执行，计算需求从纯推理扩展到 CPU、内存、网络与散热等数据中心环节。

If Zuck is right, most companies will be building an AI operating layer around the business, its workflows, permissions, institutional context, internal tools, customer relationships, policies, and ways of making decisions.
As models become faster and cheaper, an increasing share of the complexity of enterprise AI may sit outside the model: orchestration, identity, state, tool execution, observability, authorization, memory and recovery when something goes wrong.
The real monetization shift is from selling intelligence to taxing executed intent. Monetize action rather than attention. Once an agent can buy, book, pay, renew, or cancel on a user’s behalf, the economically valuable asset is no longer the conversation—it is the delegated authority to complete the transaction.
Consumer AI today largely monetizes through subscriptions and advertising, whereas agents create the possibility of monetizing transactions — buying products, booking travel, paying bills or managing recurring services on behalf of the user.
And then for the hardare side of the industry, agentic workloads are structurally different from chatbot workloads because agents continuously browse, retrieve, plan and execute actions. That will push compute demand beyond pure model inference and toward CPUs, memory, networking, packaging, cooling and the broader data-center stack.
