BREAKING: Elon Musk’s Terafab is rapidly building its chip supply chain.
Tesla and SpaceX are reportedly in talks with about 10 South Korean semiconductor suppliers, with more than half already signing confidentiality agreements. Discussions span chipmaking materials, equipment and testing components, according to The Elec.
Elon Musk has also confirmed that he expects the value of Terafab’s output from a single building to rival the GDP of one of the world’s 20 largest economies.
