SK Hynix 暂停 Solidigm 上市计划，因半导体股回调

据 WSJ 报道，SK Hynix 已停止审阅 Solidigm 的 pre-IPO 融资和美国 IPO 两项计划，理由是市场波动和半导体板块整体回调。SK Hynix 表示 Solidigm 现有工厂产能无法满足 AI 驱动的需求，仍需在美国新建工厂。SK Hynix 股价本季度下跌约 30%，较 6 月纪录高点跌逾一半，而就在 3 个月前公司刚通过在纳斯达克发行新股募资 265.1 亿美元。

The halt doesn’t remove the underlying problem, since SK Hynix says Solidigm’s existing plants have limited capacity for AI-driven demand and it still needs a new U.S. fab.
SK Hynix shares have fallen about 30% this quarter and more than half since their June record, just 3 months after the company raised $26.51B by selling new shares to U.S. investors on Nasdaq.
