TrendForce数据显示，高端GPU交货周期从40周延长5周至45周，原因是NVIDIA开始向Rubin平台过渡。超大规模云厂商预计率先拿到Rubin，企业买家将继续停留在现有GPU平台。内存方面，96GB和128GB RDIMM供应有所改善，但32GB和64GB模组依然紧张；DRAM交货周期缩短1周至19周，仍是正常水平的两倍多。由于服务器要等最慢的部件到货才能出货，Rubin量产爬坡取决于基板和电容——这两类部件交货周期已超过均衡水平的3倍。
