PwC 高管称每家企业都需要具备构建能力的高管
PwC 的 AI 负责人聊了个扎心观点：公司技术更新很快，但真正用起来的速度慢了一个时代，高管得自己动手做东西。
在 The Information 的 WTF Summit 上，PwC 美国 Data、Analytics 和 AI 负责人 Rima Safari 表示，初创公司比成熟企业更能用好 AI。她提出企业内部有两块时钟：企业技术时钟走得快，企业采用时钟则慢了整整一个时代。她据此呼吁每位高管都应具备构建者（builder）能力，缩短两块时钟的差距。
“Every executive needs to be a builder”.
AI technology is advancing rapidly, but adoption inside large companies is moving at a very different pace.
At The Information's WTF Summit, PwC's U.S. Data, Analytics and AI Leader Rima Safari explained startups are better positioned to take advantage of AI than established enterprises.
"Every organization is running two clocks… the enterprise technology clock, which is moving much faster. And then the enterprise adoption clock, which is running in a different decade altogether."
