Signed during the Dubai Business Forum – China in Shenzhen, the agreement establishes a framework for cooperation across three priorities
• Build skills: Training, certifications and expert-led workshops through the @DubaiChambers Academy. • Support startups: Technical mentorship, technology credits and access to compute resources and Alibaba Cloud programmes. • Enable enterprise adoption: Explore support for pilots and production deployments, backed by technical and implementation expertise.
Having served customers in the UAE since 2016, we look forward to helping Dubai’s business community build the skills and confidence to put AI agents to work—and turn emerging capabilities into practical business value.
Together, we’re supporting the next chapter of Dubai’s digital economy.
