"I would guess that by the time you have multi gigawatt cluster doing training, you're basically going to have something that approximates whatever you want to call it, AGI. I think super intelligence beyond that."
Mark is basically saying Meta really does not need a mystery new model idea to hit AGI. If they can just train on a multi gigawatt computer cluster, he thinks they get something close to AGI, then superintelligence after that.
