Anthropic 为 Claude Code 推出了名为 You should Know 的新插件。该插件会扫描 Claude 的输出内容，找出用户可能遗漏的重要信息并主动提示。用户可通过命令 /plugin enable cc-plugin-you-should-know@builtin 一键启用，插件属于 builtin 内置源。
