据 Bloomberg 报道，DeepSeek 接近完成至少 120 亿美元融资，超出其原定目标，投后估值可能达到 710 亿美元，若已签署的投资意向书全部落地，总额或接近 150 亿美元。融资需求上涨与 V4 Flash 模型发布后的使用量激增有关。资金将主要用于算力采购，计划为内蒙古数据中心配备至少 16 万块 Huawei Ascend 950DT 加速器。腾讯和宁德时代参与本轮，两者在 DeepSeek 约 520 亿美元估值的首轮外部融资中分别投入约 15 亿美元和 7.4 亿美元，创始人梁文锋个人注资约 30 亿美元。
