Fin 团队宣布发布 2.0 系列 Fin Apex 客服模型，基于 NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super 和 Nano 微调而来。Fin 表示这些模型在客服场景下运行速度快、效率高。团队近期用通用模型 Astra 做了一次 backtest，结果显示 Astra 在客服任务上仍不如 Apex，垂直领域定制化仍有性能空间。

They are incredibly fast and efficient to run, but even beyond that, we’re seeing an increasing, not shrinking, performance gap between our specialised models, and the general frontier. We recently did a backtest against Astra, an amazing general model, and you’d expect overkill for customer service - but it still underperforms Apex on our particular tasks. So, at least in our experience, there’s still a lot of room for domain specific customisation.
