An open-source memory and activity-recording layer for developers using coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and OpenCode.
The idea is to collect session history across tools and turn it into reusable knowledge.
After a session, this creates a candidate "lesson" you can approve, making it available to future agents.
