.@NotionHQ and services like it are in a good position for filling in this huge gap of context cataloguing. With the advent of agents that can write all this for us, it couldn't be any easier.
But for businesses, they still need people to provide the initial documentation, as the agent can't make things up for bespoke procedures. Even if it's a few people from each department/project regularly dictating to an AI while they work, explaining their processes, that ahould enough for the agent to then write it up more formally and add it to a central system.
Once the documents are in a central system like SharePoint, models like Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT will have all the context they need to find gaps, issues, insights, and improvements for your company.
Either way, though, I've been drawn back into Notion recently. Unfortunately, I can't afford to pay for it, but their free account is very generous. I've set all my agents to use it for shared wiki, research and memory tracking.
