韩国持续推动人工智能发展
韩国副总理兼科学技术信息通信部长裴庆勋指出，韩国必须持续推动人工智能发展，不能停也不能慢。韩国拥有三星电子和 SK 海力士两大存储芯片巨头，是 AI 数据中心建设热潮的重要受益者之一。裴庆勋认为，韩国无法像美国 Anthropic 和 OpenAI 等 AI 模型开发商负责人所倡议的那样放慢发展节奏，与仍在追赶并试图创造新市场的国家之间存在根本差异。裴庆勋表示，韩国应加快 AI 研究和应用，同时强化对深度伪造、网络攻击和隐私风险的防范，并计划公布下一阶段自主 AI 基础模型计划。
