法律 AI 公司 Legora 出了个 Intake 功能，律师提修改需求时它会先追问缺的背景，再按团队流程出初稿，最终决定权还在律师手里。
Legora 面向企业法务团队推出 Intake 功能，解决律师收到「快速修订合同」这类请求时缺少背景信息的问题。Legora Agent 会主动追问缺失的上下文，包括原始协议、此前的修改记录和业务背景，然后结合团队已有的 Skills、playbook 和先例文件处理请求。律师最终拿到的是一个范围明确、已完成初稿的任务，只需做人工审查和判断。
