Andrej Karpathy 因不满 YouTube 推荐算法，上线了 hackertube.org。他用 Claude Code 桌面版搭配 Opus 5.5 中等推理强度，过滤 Hacker News 20 年间的 4300 万条评论，筛出 6454 个反复被推荐的视频。整个项目约 2 小时完成，无登录机制，浏览状态保存在浏览器本地。缩略图取视频中间的代表帧，替代 YouTube 经过 A/B 测试优化的封面。底层评论分析数据以 zip 文件公开，可下载后让 Claude 生成自己的版本。

I only talk to Claude and have it do everything, the only "manual work" I helped with in tandem was in the browser (reminiscent of MenuGen): 1) I had to create some kind of API key from Google Cloud UI to query YouTube for video metadata, 2) I booted up a VPS box for serving and 3) I bought the domain name. Once the box was up I gave Claude the IP and told it update, secure, harden, deploy and optimize the code, and it did the whole thing.
