Anthropic 计划将 5% 的股份投入一个公共利益基金（Public Benefit Fund），需经股东批准。公司市值每增长 50%，董事会可酌情再增加 2 个百分点的注入比例。该基金可能用于支持非营利组织，或直接向受 AI 影响的特定群体付款，但不构成全民基本收入（UBI）承诺。联合创始人 Jack Clark 昨日表态称已抵达奇点，Elon Musk 也支持这一做法并呼吁向公众直接付款。

Anthropic plans to put 5% of its shares into a Public Benefit Fund, subject to shareholder approval, with another 2 percentage points potentially added for every 50% increase in company value at the board’s discretion.
The fund could support nonprofits or make direct payments to specific groups affected by AI, but it is not a commitment to universal basic income.
Elon Musk supports the idea and is even calling for more direct payments to the general population.
Anthropic seems certain: co-founder Jack Clark stated yesterday that we have now reached the singularity.
